We recommend that you come view the product at our location. Online ordering is possible; however, outlet items are not eligible for returns. This is due to the nature of the product, shipping costs, and the option to receive additional photos in advance or to come view the product at our location.
Bamboo is a natural product. Vertical cracks may occasionally appear in the material. This is a natural occurrence and does not affect the lifespan or quality of the fence.
