Returns

Would you like to return a product? You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason. The full order amount, including the original shipping costs, will be refunded. The return shipping costs are at your own expense.

Return Conditions

• Within 14 days of receipt, you must notify us of your return request by sending an email to [email protected].
• Items must be complete, unused, and undamaged in their original packaging. Trying the product once is not considered as used.
• If the product is more damaged than necessary for assessing it, we may charge a depreciation fee. Please handle the items with care.

Return Shipping

• You are responsible for arranging the return shipment and covering the costs.
• You can use a courier service for the return. The shipping costs typically range between €50 and €100. For larger orders (with multiple loading meters), costs may be higher.
• If your order is within our own delivery area, we may be able to handle the return for you. Contact us for a custom quote.

Damaged Products

Always check upon receipt whether your product is complete and undamaged. If the item is damaged or incomplete, please contact our customer service at [email protected] within three working days. In such cases:

• We will replace the item free of charge, or
• We will reimburse the return shipping costs.

The amount will be refunded as soon as possible after we receive the return, to the IBAN account number provided on the return form.

After three working days, this policy expires. You can still return or exchange the products, but shipping costs will be at your own expense.
