All items purchased from Eviro Bamboe come with a statutory warranty. This means you are entitled to a quality product. However, if an item becomes defective, you may be eligible for this warranty. If a product does not function properly or breaks prematurely, we are happy to work with you to find a suitable solution. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will arrange for a free repair, replacement, or refund.
