After your order, we try to deliver your items as soon as possible. Depending on the location of your order and the route of our delivery service, we plan a suitable time for delivery. We send orders outside our delivery area using a parcel or transport service.
Our transport partner collects the orders from our warehouse every Thursday. The following week the orders are delivered to your home.
When we deliver the order with our own delivery service, we try to deliver within 3-8 working days.
From €500,- we deliver free of charge to your home in our own delivery area. For the northern provinces of Friesland, Groningen and Drenthe, free delivery applies from €1000,-. The delivery costs per delivery area are:
Our warehouse is located in Deurne, North Brabant. We apply specific delivery charges for postcode areas 54 to 60. View the postcode areas in the Netherlands here.
We always ask a fixed fee for our outlet items. We recommend picking up these items from our warehouse.
We send part of our product range by post. We use two different shipping rates for this, namely small and large postal packages:

In addition to our own range, we offer bamboo products from other suppliers. They deliver the order directly to your home. Our normal shipping rates apply, unless the supplier offers free shipping. These items will then be delivered to your home free of charge.
We are of course sorry if you cancel your order, but are happy to help you make it right.
Please submit the cancellation in writing via email at: info@evirobamboe.nl. Cancellations received by phone will not be processed.
Once an order has been scheduled for transport (you will have received an email from us asking you to schedule the delivery), you can cancel the order up to 48 hours prior to the delivery day. After that, it is unfortunately no longer possible to cancel an order. Should the delivery still not be desired, the cancellation will be regarded as a return and return costs may be charged.
For example; we schedule delivery on Friday, you can cancel by Wednesday at the latest.

For deliveries to Belgium, regardless of the order amount, we always charge €60 delivery costs including VAT, excluding assembly. In this case, we deliver on the ground floor.
Delivery times to Belgium are generally longer. Our delivery service only drives with a full van. Should this not be possible in the short term, we opt for delivery by our logistics partner.

Orders outside the Netherlands and Belgium cannot be placed directly through our webshop. However, delivery is possible upon request. For each request, we check with a pallet transporter for the current shipping rates. These costs will then be included in our proposal for the order.
